Sorting by Column in Excede Clicking the name of a column (the column heading) once will sort it in ascending order, with the lowest values at the top. You will notice an arrowhead pointing up next to the heading of a column that is being sorted in ascending order. Clicking the column heading again will sort in descending order, with the highest values at the top. Clicking a third time will un-sort” the column. When there is no column being sorted, the items on the ticket should appear in the order they were added. Note, sorting choices will remain when leaving and returning to the item list.
